1) Head, Marketing and Sales
Job Responsibilities
- The incumbent will lead the team in revolutionary business development activities across the nation.
- He will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing programs;
- Work closely with management and the sales team map out marketing strategies and budgets as well as planning and executing advertising and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate should be degree qualified or has equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 10 years working experience in sales & marketing, out of which 5 must be in managerial positions
- Must have burning desire to sell and must be target driven.
- Experience in the industry is a definite plus.
- MBA and membership of relevant professional organizations will be added advantage.
2) Head, Engineering Department
Job Responsibilities
- Will have overall responsibility for supervising the engineering department covering project management, equipment testing, equipment maintenance and the research units.
- Through these unit, he is to ensure that security systems design & Installation for customers are properly handled;
- Equipment purchased are tested and confirmed okay before customers take delivery;
- Solutions for faulty products are executed to customer's satisfaction, etc
Requirements
- First degree/HND In Engineering, preferably Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years practical work experience in engineering/project management, out of which 5 years must be In managerial positions.
- Project management certification will be added advantage
- Industry knowledge will be a definite plus.
