Job Title: Shift Leader
The Job
- To safely and effectively manage the refinery process in order to ensure availability of plant for stable, consistent throughout in order to produce refined sugar of the required quality atthe lowest possible cost.
Qualification
- HND/B.Sc Engineering / Food Sciences or equivalent.
The Person
- Ability to communicate clearly (orally and written)
- Ability to coach subordinates
- Ability to work under pressure and in confined spaces
- Knowledge of Engineering codes and standards
- Basic knowledge of AUTOCAD
Experience
- Three years suitable industrial experience with some supervisory role
