We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the company, including email correspondence, generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, etc.
  • Receive mails, documents, and correspondence for the company and coordinate with teams to respond accordingly.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (regulators, customers, partners) to gather feedback and maintain healthy business relationships.
  • Work with the operations team to keep logs and production documents for record and compliance.
  • Draft letters, proposals, presentations, and Excel sheets as required.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent in humanities or administrative-related courses with 1-3 years experience.
  • Previous success in office management is an added advantage.
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses.
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
  • Professionalism in handling confidential business information.
  • Good proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
