Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, particularly with clients seeking outsourced customer service, technical support, data processing, and back-office solutions.
- You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored BPO service offerings.
- This role demands a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the BPO landscape and its value proposition to both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers within target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data.
- Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking with potential clients.
- Follow up and engage with prospects — including C-suite executives and directors — who have expressed interest in the company’s products or services.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Deliver relevant and targeted marketing content to prospects.
- Research prospects’ coworkers to identify and connect with additional key stakeholders.
- Follow up on existing contacts in the CRM to uncover new sales leads.
- Utilise LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence platforms to streamline and enhance sales processes.
- The role comprehensively involves applying systematic sale process to grow customer base and revenue for the organisation.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Possess the ability to close deals effectively.
Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / month.
