Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, a Hospitality company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook / Chef

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
• Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Ensure that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
• Cleaning and sterilising food preparation areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of O'level or OND degree.
• The ideal candidate must be able to prepare at least two or three of the following; Continental cuisine, Italian cuisine, Nigerian cuisine, and Chinese cuisine.
• Proven experience working as a Cook or Chef.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read and write is compulsory.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
