Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the FMCG industry.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role is perfect for a self-starter with a talent for sales and a desire to make a significant impact with strong knowledge of the local market and prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Monitor market trends and deliver actionable intelligence.
  • Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and highly driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full Time role Monday – Saturday.

Salary
N100,000 / Month + Commission.
