Job Summary

• As the Client Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling billing and invoicing, and ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint.
• You will serve as the first point of contact, managing both in-person and virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or health sector.
• Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
