Job Title: Social Media Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing brand social media accounts and a strong passion for content creation and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, and growing our presence across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all social media platforms
• Develop engaging content tailored to each platform
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to drive performance
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community
• Stay current on social media trends and emerging tools

Requirements

• Prior experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content and engagement strategies
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Video editing or short-form content creation (Reels, TikToks) is a strong advantage
• Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
