We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Freelance Social Media Specialist (Google & Graphic Design Expertise)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Management – Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns through Google Ads; track performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Creative Content Production – Design engaging graphics, infographics, and short-form videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma to enhance brand storytelling.
• SEO & Brand Visibility – Improve online presence through Google My Business optimization and creation of SEO-friendly content.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign success, identify opportunities, and increase reach and engagement.
• Trend Awareness & Innovation – Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, new tools, and algorithm updates to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google marketing tools.
• Solid graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Video editing and motion graphics experience.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
