Job Title: Brand Promoter

Locations: Lagos, Ogun, Port Harcourt - Rivers, and Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Brand Promoter, you will be responsible for driving product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and engaging customers at retail touchpoints to generate awareness and increase sales of the product range.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product range is always visible, properly arranged, and well-stocked on shelves, chillers, and displays.
• Approach and interact with customers, sharing key product benefits: energy boost, affordability, and unique taste
• Build rapport with store owners, supervisors, and attendants to maintain premium shelf space and cooperation
• Submit clear daily reports including the number of outlets visited, display updates, photos, and sales feedback
• Explain ongoing promotions (e.g., buy-and-win, discounts, or bundles) to encourage purchases when available

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Must have 1 year in field merchandising, brand promotion, or sales (FMCG preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced retail environments
• Smartphone for real-time updates and photo documentation

Salary
NGN100,000 - NGN150,000 / Month
