The Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) in Ebonyi State was among the nine new Universities established by the Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's administration in February, 2011. It is situated in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State which is about 25 kilometres from Abakaliki, the State Capital.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of Four (4) papers in Category A journals, with at least one (1) of the papers in Journal indexed in Clarivate Analytics (Formerly Thomson Reuters) and the other three (3) papers in Journals indexed in SJR or SNIP and with minimum of two (2) papers in Category A journals published in the candidate's area of specialization.
