Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with building plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment on-site.
- Maintain accurate site records and prepare daily reports.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in site supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
