Snowview Support Services Limited (SSSL) is a leading infrastructure support company headquartered in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with core operations in telecommunications and oil & gas.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibiities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Ensure all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, etc.) function optimally and comply with regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and relationships with external suppliers.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and environmental compliance in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate space planning, office layouts, and facility-related projects.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response efforts for the facility.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
