We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure Proper receipt of goods into the warehouse alongside necessary documentation.
• Monitoring of Stock arrangement processes along with stacking procedures.
• Proper management of all stocks going out of the warehouse and ensuring accountability.
• Daily Postings of all stock movements.
• Reconciliation of source documents and ERP postings to ensure correctness at all times.
• Daily reporting of the accurate stock position including bad and damaged stock as well as soon-to-expire products.
• Ensure all financial reports are sent timely and accurately.
• Weekly stock reconciliation reports.
• Ensure proper time management in stock loading and offloading and ensure stock management guidelines are followed effectively.
• Always ensure that waybills match the actual quantity of stock received/sent.
• Monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensure that all stock balances are accurate at all times.
• All stock movement must be approved before the release.
• Ensures better record keeping of all inventories and movements on bin cards and ERP online in real-time.
• Escalating IT issues and ensuring they are resolved within a day.
• Timely reporting of stock damage.
• Timely reporting of soon-to-expire products.
• Stock Losses: Ensure strict compliance is followed to prevent Cash/Stock Losses per location.
• Daily cross-checking of invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.

Education and Experience

• OND/HND in finance related course.
• Must be computer literate and have excellent ERP skills.
• Applicant must have proven work experience as a Warehouse officer.
• Age Requirement: 21– 30 Years.
