Job Summary

• As a Key User – Anura Demand Planning, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0 as part of the Anura project.
• You will be the go-to expert for Demand planning systems, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the team on the project.
• Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to the new planning platform while optimizing current systems (SAP and OMP) for operational excellence.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the process complexity across our product portfolio. Your insights and system expertise will help shape the future of Demand planning in the region.

Vacancy Description

• Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP within the Anura project.
• Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including testing, validation, sign-off Sprint and UAT tests.
• Collaborate with Demand planners, production teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
• Represent Nigeria OpCo in global and regional planning system discussions as may be required.
• Provide input on system design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Support change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
• Work with the cluster SME to customize global training materials/working instructions and end user training.
• Check and ensure clean master data as part of the entry criteria for deployment.
• Support SME in improvement projects and follow up with business where needed.
• Guide operational teams through systems changes.
• Gather local system needs and ensure these are enabled in the new system.
• Keep local operational teams updated and involved in changes and new systems.

What We Ask

• Higher education-equivalent working/thinking level (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Passionate about planning systems like SAP and OMP.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and Demand planning.
• Strong understanding of local and regional FMCG or dairy operations.
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in English
• A proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Eager to learn and master new system /affinity with technology
• Willing and able to travel within the locations of your cluster and if needed to the location of workshops.
