Job Summary

• A prestigious 5-star hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist in food preparation.
• The ideal candidate should have basic kitchen etiquette, cooking skills, and a high standard of hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times.
• Wash, clean, and store kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Job Requirements

• SSCE is Required.
• Prior experience in a hotel kitchen is an added advantage.
• Basic kitchen etiquette and cooking skills.
• Ability to work neatly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to hygiene and safety.
