Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our critical care products/services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue in the critical care segment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, distributors, and medical institutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and business development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales/business development within healthcare or critical care.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and market expansion experience.
  • Strong network in the healthcare sector and understanding of procurement cycles.
  • Proficiency in sales automation, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
