Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

Job Summary
- As the Head of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our critical care products/services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive revenue in the critical care segment.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, distributors, and medical institutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master’s in Business, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales/business development within healthcare or critical care.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and market expansion experience.
- Strong network in the healthcare sector and understanding of procurement cycles.
- Proficiency in sales automation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
