Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Equipment Rental and Heavy Machinery division.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with a solid understanding of machinery operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both equipment rentals and sales.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and rental/sales terms effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new equipment models.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure prompt delivery and service support.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 6 years experience.
- Proven track record in equipment sales, machinery rental, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of heavy machinery.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
