Job Title: FMCG Operations Officer

Job Summary

• As the Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing cold storage facilities to ensure proper handling and preservation of dairy and other FMCG products.
• You will oversee temperature control, stock management, and compliance with food safety standards to guarantee smooth operations and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cold room facilities to maintain required temperature and safety standards
• Handle loading, offloading, stacking, and movement of products efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct inventory checks, and report discrepancies
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless product flow

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in cold storage, warehouse, or FMCG operations
• Strong knowledge of cold storage management and food safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work under cold storage conditions for extended periods
• Good communication, teamwork skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
