Job Description
- We are seeking a Referral Channel Lead who will be a key member of our Diver Growth team.
- You will be responsible for following through on leads generated via referrals, both internal and external channels; also, following up on those leads in the pipeline to achieve conversions.
- This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You are expected to demonstrate strong sales skills, develop channel strategies, and follow through on both active and cold leads.
- The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving setting.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Follow through on all leads via the referral channel
- See to it that there are zero drop-offs of leads in the pipeline due to any process lag
- Create sales strategies for this channel and adapt them to the overall Driver Growth road map
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, essential for optimizing channel sales performance
- Track and ensure the conversion of leads generated
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with prospective drivers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Create and analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to drive sales
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
- Global leader and thinker with the ability to make quick strategic decisions
