Job Description
- We’re hiring a talented and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and inspire a team of culinary professionals.
- You must be skilled in both local and intercontinental cuisine, with a creative flair and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare diverse menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure every dish meets quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and place timely orders for supplies
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Control kitchen costs and minimize waste
- Collaborate with management on special events and menu innovations
- Ensure timely and efficient meal delivery during service
Requirements
- 4–7 years' experience in a professional kitchen (Chef role)
- Culinary degree or recognized certification (preferred)
- Proven team leadership and management experience
- Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations & food hygiene standards
- Creativity in food design and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
