Job Title: Facility Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

• As the Facility Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage and motivate cleaning staff, ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards, and serve as the key link between clients and operations to guarantee service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned client sites.
• Ensure all facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop cleaning schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement quality checks.
• Train, coach, and support cleaning staff in safety and efficiency best practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary
NGN120,000 – NGN150,000 / Month.
