Roles and responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions)
- Ensure consistency and high quality in the approach and delivery of HR solutions across the business and exceed SLA
- Scope and challenge existing HR policies and practices and seek to continuously improve the services provided to the business. i.e. strive for continuous improvement; bring business understanding / alignment to HR policy development and provide a conduit for testing draft policy within the business
- Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line as well as external pool through innovative strategies
- Track and manage culture and employee engagement activities in the line
- Ensure a high performance culture in the line via effective management of PMS,
Qualification and Skill set
- 8 years work experience
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing
- Self-directing, ability to coordinate and direct others.
