Role Overview
- We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.
- You will use Figma to design intuitive interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and other creatives in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that guide product development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into finished designs.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.
- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, trends, and tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for websites or mobile apps.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
- Experience working in a digital agency or agile environment.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
