Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Ugbowor, Benin - Edo

Job Description

• The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient management of the company’s stores and stockroom.
• The role ensures proper documentation, safe storage, accurate issuance, and accountability of goods, materials, and supplies to support smooth operations across all subsidiaries of Nosagie Holdings.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Regularly update the stock management system to reflect real-time inventory levels.
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Issue materials and items to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels to identify low inventory and initiate timely replenishment requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Enforce company policies on stock control, safety, and security.

Salary
