Job Title: Employment Center Manager
Location: Nationwide
Duties
- Manage database of unemployed & underemployed.
- Oversee daily operations & strategies of the Center
- Develop client database by sourcing & identifying new opportunities.
- Organize meetings with existing & potential clients to understand their needs & maintain effective working relationships.
- Select potential candidates by screening & shortlisting for employers to interview.
- Provide training for shortlisted candidates.
- Build relationships with employers & job seekers.
- Motivate Centre's staff by setting targets & helping them 2 achieve them.
- Undertake unique projects related to human resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc. in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management related course. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or consulting firm.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Not above 50 years old.
- Have consultative sales approach with positive mentality.
- Good presentation, influencing & interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal, listening & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Nigeria labour laws.
- Sound work ethics.
- Fair & hardworking.
- Excellent organizational & leadership skills.
