Position Overview

  • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and driving campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, infographics, reels, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, design, and sales) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media innovation.
