Requirements

• Applicants must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree (Ph.D grade) in a relevant discipline. 
• Membership of a relevant professional body (where applicable), possession of a Ph.D degree and evidence of journal publications in a reputable outlet will be an added advantage.
• He/she must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.
