Job Summary

• The iPhone Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling iPhones and related Apple products to customers.
• The role involves providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customers have an exceptional in-store experience.
• This role is ideal for proactive individuals eager to grow in sales and marketing while contributing to brand expansion and market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions.
• Drive sales of iPhones, accessories, and related Apple services (AppleCare, iCloud, etc.).
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of iPhone features, updates, and competitor products.
• Assist customers with product setup, basic troubleshooting, and inquiries.
• Ensure proper merchandising, display, and cleanliness of the sales area.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies and service delivery.
• Support after-sales service by ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-ups where necessary.
• Daily reports and close collaborations with Chinese suppliers via WeChat.

Requirements

• ND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing or any related field.
• 1 – 2 years of prior experience is Marketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must own a smart phone (Android or iPhone) with WeChat compatibility for work-related communication.

Salary
N150,000 / Month Base pay plus Tiered Sales Bonus plus Commission.
