About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our operations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven ability to manage teams, processes, and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Telesales team, ensuring they meet daily targets and achieve successful call outcomes.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate the timely dispatch of materials to designated states.
• Resolve operational issues in real-time, particularly for the Agent Banking Team and Campus Team.
• Prepare and circulate daily operational reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of Business Development (BD) activities in the field, escalating issues promptly when necessary.
• Lead and supervise the Operations Team, providing direction, support, and guidance.
• Handle additional operational tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation

• Gross Salary: N400,000 / month.
• Basic Salary: N200,000 / month.
• Performance Pay: N200,000
