We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: In-House Sales Executive

Location: Ikate - Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are hiring a proven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must come with an active clientele base or hot leads and be ready to deliver immediate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Market and sell Mshel Homes’ properties to clients.
  • Leverage existing leads and build new ones.
  • Attend weekly Monday meetings and other scheduled engagements.
  • Provide updates on sales activities and client follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Must have an active clientele base/hot leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in Lagos (preferably Lekki/Ikate).
  • Immediate resumption.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary begins after 1 – 3 months of active sales.
  • 7% commission on every closed sale.
  • Marketing resources: flyers, ID card, newsletters, mobility, call cards.
  • Airtime stipends and full staff benefits.
