Job Overview
- The Assistant Programs Manager supports students through their study abroad journey—from inquiry to enrollment. You’ll manage consultations, respond to messages, share program info online, and coordinate with partners.
- The role involves basic admin, digital communication, and event support. Ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about student success and global education.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with inquiries about study abroad opportunities, visa processes, and available partner institutions.
- Help guide prospective students through the application process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Schedule consultation sessions, follow up with leads, and maintain student records and feedback logs.
- Support student onboarding and documentation, ensuring timely submission to partner institutions.
- Respond to social media and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely, engaging, and informative manner.
- Convert inbound leads into consultations or bookings by effectively communicating program value.
- Share program flyers, testimonials, and offers across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, etc.).
- Support the execution of webinars, outreach campaigns, school visits, and community info sessions.
- Maintain organized records of applicants, partners, program schedules, and conversion data.
- Help draft email templates, flyers, and social posts in Canva or using company templates.
- Assist with basic reporting, student tracking spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Liaise with institutional partners for documentation, timelines, and student updates.
- Support logistics and prep for education fairs, virtual sessions, or presentations.
Requirements
- Digital literacy: WhatsApp, Canva, Google Workspace, and Instagram
- Confidence in explaining services and converting interest to action
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Prior volunteer or work experience in admin, customer service, or student-facing roles
- Passion for personal growth, cross-cultural exchange, and helping others access opportunity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in international education or student mentorship.
Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 Monthly (Negotiable).
