Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager in Ibadan to lead and grow its business operations.
- This position involves steering sales teams, strategizing market expansion, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring top performance across commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors to consistently achieve set business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and market growth in Ibadan.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver peak performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, business development, or insurance.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to analyze market trends to make informed decisions.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
