Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support our finance team.
• This role is ideal for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations within a fast-paced food service/restaurant business.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily financial reconciliations, preparing clear reports, and assisting in decision-making support.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile usage analysis, accounts, payables, and receivables to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and maintain up-to-date payment reports.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and statements for management decision-making.
• Support daily finance operations and administrative accounting tasks.
• Contribute to process accuracy by identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with accounting software knowledge as a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to remote work settings.
