Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

• As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and strengthening client relationships to expand the company’s market presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to drive growth.
• Lead the sales process end-to-end, ensuring excellent customer service, retention, and team performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to design effective campaigns, set ambitious KPIs, and provide regular reports for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a strong added advantage.
• 7 – 15 years’ experience and minimum of 5 years as a manager preferably in the automobile or related industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital and social media marketing tools and strategies.
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in Lekki or Island axis of Lagos.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
