Kerildbert Holdings Limited is a leading 3rd Party Logistics Company in the provision of Shipments, Clearing & Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage Removals and Procurement Services to firms in the Country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Import Export Specialist

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Reports to: Head of Clearing & Forwarding
Team: 3 Direct Reports | 4 Indirect Reports

Description

• We are looking for a dynamic import-export expert who will ensure smooth cross-border operations, compliance with trade regulations, and world-class client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipments, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Handle all customs and regulatory documentation (Form M, Letters of Credit, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, etc.).
• Act as the primary client contact, translating logistics processes into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Build strong relationships with Customs, SON, NAFDAC, and other regulators.
• Drive improvements in reporting tools (dashboards, trackers, etc.).
• Ensure 100% adherence to trade compliance standards.

 What We’re Looking For

• BSc / HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain (3PL/shipping experience is a plus).
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven experience with Nigeria Customs processes & regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint is a must; Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Confident in engaging stakeholders and representing the company externally.

Pay
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly (Gross).
