About the Role

• We are looking for a highly creative Brand & Motion Designer with specialist skills in 3D design and animation to shape and evolve our visual identity across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer who combines strong brand sensibilities with motion and 3D design to produce visually striking campaigns, product explainers, and marketing assets that stand out.
• You will play a key role in building our brand’s look, feel, and storytelling, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Video teams to deliver assets that communicate ideas powerfully and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, and motion design assets.
• Create and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring brand coherence across all communication channels.
• Design engaging visuals for social media, product campaigns, events, and internal use.
• Conceptualize and produce 3D animations, product mockups, and explainer videos.
• Create motion graphics and animations for product demos, social ads, and video content.
• Build storyboards and style frames to visualize creative ideas before execution.
• Use 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, After Effects) to design realistic or stylized models, motion assets, and animations.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Video teams to craft assets aligned with business goals.
• Provide art direction and collaborate with video production specialists on campaigns and content.
• Stay up to date with design trends, especially in 3D, AR/VR, and motion storytelling, to continuously push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animations, motion graphics, and brand design work.
• Creative Design Skills: Strong sense of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• 3D & Motion Expertise: Proficiency in 3D software (Blender, etc,) and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Branding Knowledge: Ability to build and evolve brand systems and maintain visual identity.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, ability to partner with marketers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Innovation: Constantly experimenting with new formats, styles, and emerging design trends.
