Job Description
- The Chefs will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for the profitable operations of thie Kitchen and Catering services as a profit centre.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- HND/OND/NCE in Catering and Hotel Management.
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Chef in a three Star hotel.
- Versatility with Nigerian and Continental cuisines.
- Good leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good level of commercial awareness and ability to turn the unit into an independent profit centre.
- Must be a team player.
