An Innovative player in the hospitality industry and the company's new luxury suites located in a serene area of Victoria Island business district is about to commence operations. The company requires urgently self motivated and results oriented personnel to fill the below vacant position:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Description
  • The Front Desk Officers are the primary contacts with the hotel guests and will ensure guests get exceptional reception on arrival.
  • They will report to the Duty Supervisors
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
  • HND/ OND in Business Administration, Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
  • A minimum of two years' cognate experience in the hotel industry
  • Excellent customer service experience and Infectious & inter personal skills
  • Good communications skills fluency in English and at least one of the major Nigerian languages.
  • Ability to speak French will be a major advantage.
