Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Front Desk Officers are the primary contacts with the hotel guests and will ensure guests get exceptional reception on arrival.
- They will report to the Duty Supervisors
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- HND/ OND in Business Administration, Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.
- A minimum of two years' cognate experience in the hotel industry
- Excellent customer service experience and Infectious & inter personal skills
- Good communications skills fluency in English and at least one of the major Nigerian languages.
- Ability to speak French will be a major advantage.
