Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Benue, Enugu, Gombe, Kogi and Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, healthcare product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and Pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell health care products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributor outlets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and purchasing managers.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare personnel and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
  • Participate in trade shows, medical exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • B. Pharm., B.Sc / HND Bio Chemistry or Science related course
  • Maximum of 2 years post NYSC.
  • Must not be more than 35 years of age
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be ready to send daily report on sales activities.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Compensation/Benefits
