About the Role
- We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our growing team.
- The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services (cleaning and pest control) as well as cleaning chemicals and hygiene products.
- The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for cleaning services, pest control services, and cleaning chemical products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company services and products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in cleaning, pest control, or FMCG/chemical sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning services, pest control, or chemical products (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
