Job Summary

• We are seeking a trusted and highly skilled Full-Stack Backend Developer with expertise in Flutter and PHP Laravel, who will take up our technology stack.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech and/or crypto app development, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and the leadership ability to manage our development team. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of our mobile and backend applications
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications
• Build and maintain high-quality mobile apps using Flutter
• Develop and maintain robust backend services with PHP Laravel
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure for performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security
• Integrate blockchain functionalities as required
• Mentor and manage junior developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in Flutter and PHP Laravel
• Solid server management and deployment experience
• Experience in fintech or crypto application development
• Understanding of blockchain technology and integrations
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide a development team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
