Job Title: Competency & Change Management Advisor
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: OD Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage the MTNN Job Competency directory.
- Liaise with Line Managers to develop Competencies when one or more of the following arises – creation of a new job, after a restructuring exercise, change in business direction.
- Liaise with the learning team in identifying and developing training interventions based on the identification of new competencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and management of organization change programmes.
- Support the review of organization effectiveness with regards to structure and job design.
- Advice the OD Specialist and Senior Manager on the nature and progress of all change initiatives.
- Establish relationships across the various divisions, monitor organisation performance and identify problems/ opportunities for interventions.
- Participate in HR projects relating to organization effectiveness and change.
- Support the change management process for all organizational change with regards to structures
- Assist in the design of organisational effectiveness interventions.
Requirements
- A University Degree
- A degree in Human Resources may be an advantage.
- 4 years' work experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Human Resources function of a reputable organisation.
- Competency management
- Change management
- Project coordination preferably in a telecomm environment
- Consulting / advisory role
