Job Title: Architect

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and visualization of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
• Prepare 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and sustainability options.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Arch in Architecture or related discipline.
• ARCON registration or evidence of registration in progress is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong creative, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity.
