• Philomath University is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team on a full-time basis.
• As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our students, staff, assets, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee campus-wide security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of security professionals, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain a secure environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and national security regulations.
• Manage emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives.
