Job Summary
- As the Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and executing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery.
- You will manage site activities, coordinate with contractors, and oversee project resources to support successful real estate developments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards
- Oversee site operations, contractors, and project timelines
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in construction and project supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly (Net)
