About the Role
- Are you a seasoned Civil Engineer with a passion for precision, leadership, and delivering high-impact construction projects? We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute infrastructure and building projects with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering codes, and client specifications
- Prepare and present project reports, timelines, and updates to senior management
- Resolve technical issues and manage on-site challenges proactively
- Supervise procurement and resource allocation for multiple projects
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10years’ experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- PMP or relevant certification is an added advantage
- COREN cerifictaion is a must
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Familiarity with Abuja’s regulatory environment and construction standards.
