Job Title: In-store Merchandiser

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• As the Brand In-store merchandiser, you will be responsible for driving product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and engaging customers at retail touchpoints to generate awareness and increase sales of the product range.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product range is always visible, properly arranged, and well-stocked on shelves, chillers, and displays.
• Approach and interact with customers, sharing key product benefits: energy boost, affordability, and unique taste
• Build rapport with store owners, supervisors, and attendants to maintain premium shelf space and cooperation
• Submit clear daily reports including the number of outlets visited, display updates, photos, and sales feedback
• Explain ongoing promotions (e.g., buy-and-win, discounts, or bundles) to encourage

Requirements

• SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 1 year in field merchandising, brand promotion, or sales (FMCG preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced retail environments
• Smartphone for real-time updates and photo documentation

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
