Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Edo, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Kwara , Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Palmpay is hiring POS Retriever to help recover faulty, inactive, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, update records, and return devices safely to our service centers.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve POS terminals from merchants and agents.
• Confirm device details and update records.
• Ensure safe handover of devices to the operations/technical team.
• Communicate politely with merchants and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE / OND.
• Prior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• Must be trustworthy, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic smartphone usage for logging and reporting.
