We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network Planning Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Purpose

  • The Network Planning Engineer (Officer) is responsible for surveying, designing, and analyzing Ikeja Electric’s distribution network, with a focus on developing practical solutions that optimize reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in electricity supply.

Role Accountabilities

  • Visit and conduct site survey for installation of distribution substations etc.
  • Produce the sketch of implementable DT installation design.
  • Carry out physical survey and design implementable 11kv line as network expansion.
  • Collate Data overloaded DTs, 11kv and 33kv line in the Network.
  • Analysis of Network Data for decision making
  • Prepare Network Planning reports for technical management use.
  • Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs
  • Any other duties as requested by the Head Department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum 0-2 years of progressive experience.
